Friday, February 10, we’ll continue the series of events „Feel what you want” w/Jody Wistenoff @ Space.

Jody Wisternoff is best known as one of the half of the Bristol progressive house duo Way Out West and as a producer of dance spanning early 90’s hardcore to electro house.

He may no longer be the "precocious" teen who cracked the music industry, but Jody Wisternoff is still not afraid to push the boundaries or test his own limits. His fearless attitude has seen him go from a 16-year-old playing his first club gig to controlling the crowd at the Universe rave, preaching his musical sermon to an adoring congregation of 5,000 people. "[That] was incredible and pretty much the catalyst for me dropping out of college," Jody says of his first taste of rocking a stadium show.

Recently Jody has been producing solo 8os inspired electro house tracks, with five productions released thus far: Cold Drink, Hot Girl, Nostalgia, Starstrings, Welcome to your life.

Way Out West’s long-awaited fourth album, titled „We Love Machine”, was released on October6, 2009. The song „Only Love” featuring Jonathan Mendelsohn on vocals was the first single off the album, released August 31, 2009. . The album was released on Hope Recordings, but the duo have also set up a deluxe version available at their own website. Wisternoff plans to release a solo album at some point and continue his prolific DJ work.

Towards the end of 2010 and the first half of 2011, Jody posted a number of new white label tracks on to his YouTube account such as Won't Let You Down and Shivver, with no details of their planned official releases. Jody also continues to post at least one or two new mixes per month on to his Soundcloud, either as part of his Intensified show or Frisky Radio

September 2011 saw the official release of 'Vintage' and 'Shivver' on the Anjunadeep label.
