After the success of Essentialibiza’s tour of Asia in 2011, we are happy to announce we will be heading out and about again in 2012. 2011 saw us pass through Dubai before making our first tour stop in Singapore at Stereo. After an amazing opening date we then headed to Jakarta, where X2 was waiting and their massive birthday celebrations. As always Jakarta was a warm and welcoming place and the party went off.

Unfortunately, due to the tornado circling the region at the time, we were unable to get to Thailand and had to cancel our dates there, something we are looking forward to putting right this time round. Instead of giving up immediately however, we made the decision to drop in on some friends in Bali and see if we could wait out the storm over Thailand. Ku De Ta, Cocoon and Mr Potato Head kept us busy while on the island and we got to catch up with old friends Justin and Marc, which made the trip worthwhile in itself!

Back to 2012 and tour plans are already well under way, driven this time round by Artash at Allourdaze. With dates already secured in Dubai, Bahrain and Egypt for leg one of the tour, we are currently putting to bed the next couple of parts, which should see us eventually return to Thailand and to Phuket, Koh Tao and Koh Phangan, passing through Singapore on the way. We will also be making a stop in Indonesia as Jakarta and Bali are two of our favourite places on the planet, for completely different reasons!
