How can I change my tilllate.com member name?

You must be logged in to change your member page. Go to your memberpage and then click on the link "Edit member page". At the top of the page there is a link “Change member name”. Click on it to change your name.

Please note you can only change your member name once a month. Changing your member name will update any previous tags or comments you have made with the new name.

What is tilllate.com karma?

Polite, courteous and considerate behaviour on tilllate.com is being rewarded with the tilllate.com karma.

tilllate.com karma is a rating of members on a scale between 0% and 100%. Every member starts at 50% and gets positive or negative karma points during the time on tilllate.com.

You can find the actual karma figure on your member page and as percentage point and stars in the chat.

Attention: If your karma drops to heavy (below 20%), you will be banned and you can no longer use any of the tilllate.com community features.

Your karma will primary be adjusted according to your behaviour an tilllate.com:

You get positive karma for:
- complete filled in member profil
- loyalty to tilllate.com (when you frequently visit tilllate.com)
- polite and considerate behaviour with other members
- active participance on the tilllate.com community
- positive ratings from other members

You get negative karma for:
- if others decline your membership request
- offending comments to other members
- you get blocked / clicked in the chat by other members
- you useless repeat words, phrases or smilies
- you make advertisements in the chat (like links, also links from tilllate.com)
- you flood many members with your messages in the chat
- your word choice in the chat and on comments don’t comply with our community rules
- you find all other prohibited behaviours in the community-rules
- negative karma from other members

You can reward other members with positive and negative karmapoints if you go to their member page and click on "+" or "-". The higher your own rating, the more you can influence other’s karma. You can rate every person just once.

How do I delete/cancel/deactivate my account permanently?

If you cancel your membership it will be cancel your member name, your memberpage including all pictures and comments you have wrote. It is NOT possible to reinstate your account.

How can I report a harassment?

Photos

How do I see the photos?

All photos are organised by the area they were taken, date and the venue they were taken at. To easily find your photo visit the photos overview page and use the date selector.

You can also select the name of the venue you attended or use the search facility to find the venue. In some cases multiple photo reports are online from the same venue. This often happens at festivals and large events. We organise the reports in what artist was playing at the time or what area you had the photo taken in. Look at the photo report name.

I can't find any photos from the event I was at.

Our photographers aim to get the photos online within 24 hours of the event taking place. In some cases outside influences do not allow this. Please keep checking the website.

I can't find the photo I had taken, where is it?

All our photographers upload ever photo they take. In some rare cases some photos are removed due to quality control purposes. If you believe your photo is not in the photo report we unfortunately can not doing anything about this.

Can you delete a photo?

If you wish for a photo to be deleted please open the photo you wish to be deleted and copy the full address link from your browser while viewing the photo. Paste this link in to an email and send it info@uk.tilllate.com to with the subject "Delete this Photo".

Photos will not be deleted unless we are provided with the correct link to the photo. This is to ensure we delete the correct photos.

Please note we can only delete photos that you are in.

Can you please remove a name tag off a photo?

If there is a wrong name tag on one of your pictures please open the photo you wish for the tag to be removed and copy the full address link from your browser while viewing the photo. Paste this link in to an email along with the name of the tag to be removed and send it to info@uk.tilllate.com with the subject "Remove this Tag".

Why is my photo not in the charts?

Photos only appear in charts if they are popular with the user of tilllate.com. tilllate.com staff have no influence over the charts.

I want my photo to appear in Supergirls/Superboys.

Supergirls and Superboys photos are voted for by staff of tilllate.com. To have your photo appear here you must have had an amazing photo taken where you look "super" and hope that staff vote your for your photo.

Can I get the high resolution photo without logo?

Unfortunately we can not provide high resolution photos to users without the logo due to copyright and ownership of the photos.

How can I buy a photo printed out?

At present we do not have the facilities to buy prints of our photos.

Comments

How do I comment on an event, photo or article?

Below each photo, event or article there is a text box. You can simply write your thoughts here. You must be logged in to use this feature.

I would like to delete a comment.

If you wish for a comment to be deleted please copy the full address of the page the comment has been made on along with the comment and send an email to info@uk.tilllate.com with "Delete Comment" in the subject.

Competitions & Guestlists

How do I get on the guest list?

Guest lists are only available for certain events. They are different types of guest lists from 'preferred entry', 'reduced admission' and 'free admission'. Each guestlist is different and tilllate.com staff have no control over what is offered.

You must be logged in to use this feature. To register for the guest list simply visit the event page and click "sign in" and enter your details.

An email is sent to the promoters of the event with your information.

Please note that tilllate.com can not be held responsible if the promoter, organisation or venue do not honour your guest list request. In the event of a rescheduled event tilllate.com can not guarantee the transfer guest list requests.

How do I enter a competition?

Competitions are similar to guest lists. Each prize varies and details can be found on the event page.

You must be logged in to use this feature. To register for the competition go to the page and click "Register" where it says "Competition - Enter Here".

When will the competition be drawn?

Competition draw dates vary depending on the prize. All competitions/events have a related date and this is normally the event date the competition will be drawn.

The competition organisation is informed of the winners and once they have confirmed you will recieve an email confirming this.

Please note that tilllate.com can not be held responsible if the promoter, organisation or venue do not honour competition prize or outside influences such as postal strikes, weather or otherwise affect the delivery and outcome of your prize.

How do I list an event on tilllate.com?

To list an event you can set up your own promoter's account and add the event yourself.

Alternatively, you can email listings@tilllate.com with full event information, location, date and flyers. Your event will be added ASAP.

I am a promoter/DJ/organisation, how do I get an account?

Firstly you have to set up a standard member account with us. When you are doing this there is a check-box that says 'I'm DJ or Promoter and want to register another profile', please select this.

You will be asked some information about your organisation. Please fill in all relevant information.

How can I make my normal member account to a promoter/DJ/organisation account?

Please send an email with full details of your organisation and memeber account to info@uk.tilllate.com with "Promoter Account" in the subject.

I am a promoter/DJ/organisation how do I login to my admin area?

Once you are logged in to your member account a menu option in the bottom left of the screen will appear. From here you can see and search your events, view your statistics and update your account. More information is available once you login to this area.

How do I get a tilllate photographer to my event?

We can not guarantee attendance for any event but tillate.com aim to be the largest event community in the world and therefore we will always try our best!

If you would like to guarantee coverage for an event please send an email with details of the event including date and location to info@uk.tilllate.com with the subject "Event Coverage".

We will be in touch ASAP. Please note for guaranteed event coverage there may be a charge payable directly to the photographer.

Can I book a photographer for a private party?

It is possible to book photographers for events such as birthday parties, graduation balls etc. These are treated as separate events and a hire fee is required. Every event is different and therefore we require as much information as possible.

If you would like to arrange a photographer at your private party please send an email with details of the event including date, location and time the photographer is required for to info@uk.tilllate.com with the subject "Private Event Coverage".
